Ms. Amadhila is an accomplished academic and development practitioner currently serving as a full-time Lecturer at the University of Namibia. Her work in academia includes research supervision, curriculum development, academic mentorship, and applied community training.
She is widely recognized as a thought leader in digital learning, ICT4D (ICT for Development), knowledge exchange, and rural communication systems. She has facilitated training, workshops, and capacity development programs nationally and across the African region. In 2017, she was honoured as an Emerging Entrepreneur by the Namibian Business Hall of Fame.
