Mr. Duscan Kasika

Mr. Duscan Kasika brings over 16 years of professional experience in research, project management, and development coordination across Namibia. His work spans both service delivery and developmental sectors, where he has collaborated closely with local and regional authorities, civil society partners, and community stakeholders.

He has successfully managed development grants exceeding N$150 million, contributing to impactful socio-economic initiatives that strengthen local livelihoods and expand opportunities—particularly for youth communities. His expertise includes program monitoring and evaluation (M&E), institutional capacity strengthening, financial oversight of development projects, and results-based reporting aligned with donor and government compliance standards.

Mr. Kasika’s strengths lie in data-driven planning, evaluative research, and coordinating complex multi-stakeholder programs aimed at improving economic empowerment, resilience, and community well-being.
