Ms. Ngodji brings over 12 years of experience in development programming across child protection, education, humanitarian response, community mobilisation, and environmental sustainability. She has worked with reputable national and international organizations, including the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
Her strengths include resource mobilisation, proposal development, stakeholder engagement, monitoring & evaluation, and program coordination. She is passionate about building partnerships that accelerate locally driven development.
Qualifications : Master’s Degree in Education and Development (University of KwaZulu-Natal, RSA);
Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology (UNISA, RSA);
Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Development Studies (UNISA, RSA);
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science (Education, Development & Psychology) – University of KwaZulu-Natal, RSA.
